Fiend's Sallet and Star Barrettes have no difficulty listed, either. Are they available on all difficulties?
The Creature Head/Costume is also droped in Normal from the River Belle boss

I'm not sure if it says this somewhere, and if it does I apologize for asking, but if it is listed in being found in Normal or Hard mode, is it possible to find it in very hard mode at all, or would I absolutely have to go back to the one listed? Because I'm on Very Hard trying to get all the gems, and there are a couple things i want to acquire, and it would be a pain in the ass to have to go through the storyline again for the 4th time

It's fixed now, actually "Boss Rush" is a quest name in the Japanese version.
Knight Helm requires 2 Cockatrice Scales. You list it as 1.

The Shogun Helm - Are we sure this is a "Reward" in Hard and not a "drop"? I don't see this listed on any of the quests as a reward.
On the chest in Monster Collector 4 - it's located very high up. You jump on the broken later all the way to the left and climb up. There's a switch but you can't seem to reach it by yourself (at least, I can't). I think the only way to reach it is to have someone join you. They trigger the switch; you jump on the platform; they get off the switch and you got up to reach the chest...Any one else know if this can be done playing by yourself?
You're right anonymous. It seems to be a two player chest. I was able to get it though doing the coin stacking trick up to 3or 4 coins high, and then jumping up with my selkie.

the coin stacking trick is just when you drop one coin over and over again so you can jump on the coins to reach higher places

For those having trouble with the little king's set.
After you have killed larkeicus final (when you are on any lotsa bosses quest)there will also appear 2 barrels. Yes there's food inside but if you are lucky, a scroll might drop from it. Just pray for good luck there.
(Biggest baddest bosses has 100% chance to encounter him.)
So to obtain the little king set we must defeat larkecius v3 in the boss quest?
Or go to tower and beat him..?

I'm not sure if you still read the comments of this faq, but it's just an update on the mythic beast scrolls set (sallet and plate).
Both drop from Daedalus, near the two machine boss, in the gate. Daedalus is like a robot, but it launches grey missiles with blue fire, and instead of bronze parts, it has some blue and silver parts. The point of drop is really near the point of save, as well, black knight set also drops near the save. You'll notice that there are some blue mus, like the ones from the ice mountain, spawning as daedalus. Anyways, it's just a hint, if anyone read this too, hope this helps =D
Also, the little king set drops from the barrels after you defeat larkeicus. Wandering souls drop from galdes, in any difficulty. Seven-pronged-sword can drop from the mimic in river belle(normal), from the giant crab in river belle (boss)in normal too, but also, galdes drops seven-pronged-sword's scroll, but then i'm not sure if he drops in any difficult. i killed him about 7 times until drop the scroll, so, don't give up :D seven-pronged-sword is really powerful, as one of the 5 most powerful swords on the game. it have 3 slots, yeah, 3 empty slots, and it have an attack of 140 in level 30, that is almost the attack of a level 30 ragnarok (162). yeah, i know that ragnarok is the best in the game, but you'll have to drop old swords and some others hard-to-get materials. as for seven pronged sword, you will only need some platinum, that you can make with some bones and others materials easy to get, oak branch, that you drop very often in the beggining of the game, and mu nose, the most easy to get.
Ragnarok is the best sword, but it needs some materials that don't drop that often. as well, you can add 3 strenght stone 6 to the level 30 seven-pronged sword, and it will give you about 250+ of attack.
As for the most powerful set in the game, i would say that the mythic beast set is the one. It have 6 slots, and gives the higher defense on the game. if you level it up to level 30, it will give a REALLY high defense, and you can add 3 defense 6, 3 attack 6 in the set. As for sword, obviously, the most powerful is the Ragnarok. Excalibur have an attack of 167 at level 30, but it have only 1 slot lefting. ragnarok have 162 but it have 3 empty slots. you can add a hp steal 3, mp steal 3 and a hp absorb defense 3, that will make you kinda. . . immortal xD
Imo, ruby studs is the best acc.
it comes with an attack 2, that won't help that much, and have 2 empty slots. The other one is the blood charm, that gives more atk/def at level 30 than ruby studs, but it comes with a hp absorb defense 1, that REALLY won't help you. As for making a max stats character, ragnarok + mythic beast set + crystal earrings would be good, since the full set would have 12 slots.
Anyways, this is just a hint, and a help for those who were questioning this for theirselves.
