RULES
1. If you do not have enough Lucky Coins, you can spend Gems to spin the roulette.
2. After a certain number of spins, you can receive additional rewards from the treasure chest.
3. The accumulated spin count does not reset during the event.
1 spin = 1 Lucky Coin / 1,500 Gems
10 spins = 9 Lucky Coins / 13,500 Gems
Number of spins to receive additional rewards = 5, 15, 35, 70, 120
